Order terms
Short and without small print: what you get, when, and what happens if something goes wrong.
What you get
One song on the poem you chose or on your own words, in the mood and for the occasion you described. We send the finished song as a private link where you can listen to it and download it. The song is a personal gift; we do not publish it on the channel or the site without your consent.
Timing
The timing is stated in the quote and runs from payment. If we cannot make your date, we say so before you pay.
Changes
Within 14 days of delivery you can ask once for a small change — tempo, mood, a word sung wrong: just reply to the email. A song on different words is a new order.
Payment and refunds
You pay only in the store, through the link in the quote; the site takes no money and never sees payment details. Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules. If we cannot complete an order you have paid for, you get a full refund through the store.
Our right to decline
We may decline any request before payment without giving a reason — for example, if the text is offensive, infringes someone's rights or does not suit the channel. We do not take poems by poets whose work is still protected.
Your own words
By sending your own text you confirm that you wrote it or have the right to use it. The rights to the text stay with you.
